The hotel is a bit far from the central area, but auto rickshaws are readily available and it only takes around 20 minutes to reach the city center and the malls. the executive suite room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. the bathroom had all the necessary amenities and hot water. the room service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. the complimentary breakfast had a variety of typical Indian dishes, and the restaurant served delicious food.
The wardrobe in the room had a musty smell.

Arrived here with my partner for a weekend getaway and were pleasantly surprised! The hotel was easy to find and there were plenty of auto-rickshaws available outside to take us to central Thane and the nearby malls. The best part was the spacious executive suite room, which was clean and had a very comfortable bed. The fridge with complimentary water was a nice touch. The staff at reception, especially Mr P, were friendly and helpful.
The wardrobe in our room had a musty smell, which was a bit off-putting. Although the room service was generally great, we did notice that the bathroom wasn't always thoroughly cleaned and we had to ask for fresh towels once after the room was already cleaned.
